To create a new account on Kontascopra Pro, go to the registration page at Kontascopra.com, enter your full name, a valid business email and a strong password. You will receive an email with a verification link; once clicked, your profile will be activated and you can log in to access the dashboard and configuration options.

On the login screen, click “Forgot password.” Enter your registered email address and we will send you a secure link. Follow the instructions in that email to choose a new password and regain access.

After an account is created, a verification email is sent automatically. The user clicks the link to confirm their address. If your organization uses manual approval, an administrator can then review and activate the profile in the user management panel.

Navigate to the Roles & Permissions section in the settings menu. Create or edit role templates, define allowed actions, then assign those roles to each team member under the Users tab.

Yes. Go to your Profile settings and open the Notifications tab. From there, enable or disable email and in-app alerts for events like new registrations, profile changes or administrative actions.

You can export user lists, activity logs and role configurations in CSV or PDF format. Open the Data Export tool in Settings, select the desired data types and date range, then download the generated file.

We offer a RESTful API and webhook support. In the Integrations section, generate an API key, consult the API documentation for endpoints and configure webhooks to push user and event data to your preferred apps.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest with industry-standard algorithms. Two-factor authentication is available, and regular security audits are conducted to maintain best practices.

Yes. If your organization has multiple business units, you can switch between profiles using the organization selector in the top navigation bar without signing out.

Visit the Company Profile page under Account Settings. You can edit fields such as address, contact details and business ID. All changes are saved immediately upon confirmation.

Open the Activity Log in the dashboard menu. It provides a chronological record of user sign-ups, profile edits, role assignments and system events with timestamps.

Yes. The user interface is available in English, German and French. Language preference can be set in your profile under Personalization.
